Agile—but make it authentic
Agile. Transformation. Liberating Structures. Are these just buzz words to you? Tired phrases that you’ve heard thrown around but have never truly connected with. Or perhaps you were sold a concept that never truly made good on its promises. But here’s the thing: liberation and transformation can only ever happen when the person who’s driving your Agile approach, truly believes in its value..
It’s why I don’t just “teach” Agile, I live an breath it. I’ve seen how, when approached with passion and conviction and implemented in a proactive, sustainable way, Agile frameworks truly can revolutionise your business.
If you’ve been burned by Agile in the past, you’re certainly not alone. But I take great pride in working with my clients to breath life into tired, rigid working practices and instil a truly Agile mindset that brings about tangible, meaningful, and lasting results.
Agile done right
Agility is so much more than …
Effective multinational working environments
The early stages of any project are a crucial time to evaluate working processes and quickly gather feedback on scope and approach, in order to decide whether to continue or change approach.
Structural issues
Pre-empting potential points of failure is a valuable part of any working process. Problem-solving provides an opportunity to streamline and innovate.
Merging teams & cultures
If something isn’t working at any stage of the process, agile intervention saves time and resource, acknowledging that pivoting from one approach to another may well be a better course of action.
Growing pains

FAQs

I work with individuals, business owners and team leaders to help them develop their professional skills, and overcome challenges within their organisation. I offer one-off coaching sessions or longer-term coaching solutions, advising on areas for improvement and refinement. My support is based on the scale of your requirements, but is offered in one of two formats:
One-to-one coaching sessions: these are best suited to individuals looking to upskill, and business owners seeking general advice and support. Each session lasts for one hour, and can be booked as standalone meetings, or as an intensive block of ten sessions at a time.
Medium to long term consultancy: By working with you in close collaboration over a longer period of time, I’m able to define and interrogate the intrinsic problems your business is facing, before outlining the solution and helping you achieve effective, lasting results.
Following our kick-off conversation, I’ll send you a detailed proposal, outlining how I think I can best support you.
-
I will always be transparent about my pricing, and will create a custom quote following our free initial conversation to ensure my prices reflect the work that’s required. For guidance, my coaching and consulting pricing structure is as follows:
One-to-one coaching: £150/hourly session | £1,250 for a 10 session bundle (to be purchased upfront)
Consultancy: I offer a retainer rate of £1,250/day, and will always provide a quote as to how long I believe you’ll require my services, based on the scale of your business needs.
If you would like to discuss custom pricing plans, or learn more about my long term support offering, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

I begin working with all my clients by offering a free thirty minute kick-off call, during which we can get to know each other and I can learn more about your unique needs, the challenges you’re facing, and the goals you’d like to achieve.
Following on from this, I will send you a tailored proposal detailing how best I can support you. Once we’ve worked out a schedule and arrangement you’re happy with, we’ll begin working together.

Whilst I’m happy to provide coaching over video call, I believe it’s important to build a human connection - which can be challenging through a screen! I advise that we have at least one or two sessions in person, and I’m happy to travel to make this possible. Get in touch for more information if you’d like to discuss meet up arrangements in more detail.

I advertise my availability based on UK (GMT) time, but am able to adapt my working schedules to meet the needs of my international clients. If you’re working in a different time zone, please get in touch to discuss your scheduling requirements.
