I’m Martin (he/him), a German living in Brighton, UK. I work with teams and organisations to create more inclusive, accessible, and actually agile cultures. Not the checkbox kind; the kind that delivers real value, early and often, without leaving neurodivergent folks (like myself) behind.

With over a decade of experience, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries, including: global banking; automotive; fast-moving consumer goods; and large academic institutions, helping to develop products in complex and fast-changing environments. It’s this that’s allowed me to build up a wealth of skills and qualifications.
