My Approach
I believe in people. Beneath the processes and structures of any organisation, however big or small, it’s people who keep your business moving. That’s why I take a human approach to every project I undertake—because when people feel seen, valued and supported, they become more empowered, more engaged and more productive. It’s an approach that starts with me: I pride myself on bringing authenticity, integrity, compassion and genuine enthusiasm to everything I do.
My Specialisms
Diagnosed with ADHD from a young age, I know all too well how difficult working structures can be for neurodiverse people. I know too that this needn’t be the case. Difference is what makes a team thrive, and working cultures that recognise and celebrate difference have proven to be more fulfilling, inspiring and—ultimately—effective. I am passionate about supporting businesses to better understand, support, and champion difference in the workplace.
My Experience
With nearly a decade of experience, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries, including: global banking; automotive; and, fast moving consumer goods to help develop products in complex and fast-changing environments. In addition to my business transformation and coaching experience, I’m also a certified Professional Scrum Master III & a Professional Scrum Product Owner I, specialising in Agile practices to support efficient, adaptive and dynamic ways of working.
