TALKS & WORKSHOPS
THAT MAKE COMPLEX SYSTEMS FEEL USABLE
I speak and facilitate on scaling, organisational design, product ownership, psychological safety and neuroinclusion. The bar I set myself is simple: everyone leaves with something they can do differently when they get back to the day job.

SCALING AGILE WITHOUT SCALING PROCESS
What happens when one team becomes many? And why do organisations seem to, almost out of reflex, respond to growth by introducing more and more control mechanisms? And, what is the alternative?
Drawing on organisational research, including William Ouchi’s work on control mechanisms, and on empirical thresholds from real scaling programmes, this talk shows how to scale the conditions that make agility work: ownership, feedback, learning and decision flow.
