It’s only then that we roll up are sleeves, look to the future, and work on getting to the root of the problem, together.

People are at the heart of every business. Evaluating Scrum: are your working models still working for you?
Scrum promises efficient working practices and rapid results, but when it becomes a hard-and-fast dogma that is never questioned or reviewed, the help it promised fast becomes a hinderance. Rather than blindly following process for the sake of it, I help Scrum masters and product owners interrogate their existing working practices, identify areas of strength and weakness, and create a bespoke working model that actually delivers on its promise of effectiveness and efficiency.

Supporting neurodiversity at work: fostering psychological safety and celebrating difference
The beauty of Agile lies not in any particular tool or framework, but in its human-centric foundation. It’s an attitude that benefits neurodivergent and neurotypical people alike, but can be particularly helpful in supporting your autistic and ADHD colleagues. With over a decade of experience, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries, including: global banking; automotive; fast-moving consumer goods; and large academic institutions, helping to develop products in complex and fast-changing environments. It’s this that’s allowed me to build up a wealth of skills and qualifications.

I begin working with all my clients by offering a free thirty minute kick-off call, during which we can get to know each other and I can learn more about your unique needs, the challenges you’re facing, and the goals you’d like to achieve.
Following on from this, I will send you a tailored proposal detailing how best I can support you. Once we’ve worked out a schedule and arrangement you’re happy with, we’ll begin working together.

Whilst I’m happy to provide coaching over video call, I believe it’s important to build a human connection - which can be challenging through a screen! I advise that we have at least one or two sessions in person, and I’m happy to travel to make this possible.
