Consultancy
Having worked with a wide range of clients across various global industries – from banking and automotives to fast-moving consumer goods – I have a wealth of experience delivering effective and dynamic solutions to a range of business needs. As a certified Professional Scrum Master III, I have a deep understanding of the Scrum framework and iterative, evidence-based Agile practices.
I work with clients to define, scope and execute projects from inception to delivery, and am happy to tailor my approach to suit your needs. Whether joining at the start of a project to help instil best-practice from the beginning, or joining midway to refine and update existing workings, I thrive on adapting to new and varied working environments.
I pride myself on providing clarity and structure to both new and existing projects, and approach all my work with enthusiasm and authenticity to bring about lasting, measurable change.
Coaching
I enjoy working with individuals to help them develop their own professional skills, advising on areas for improvement and empowerment to inspire confidence in their abilities. I believe it that our unique individuality is our greatest strength, and am passionate about helping my clients recognise and embrace their authentic selves.
My own experiences of adapting to the professional world with ADHD, coupled with my experience of working with clients to better understand and affirm neurodoversity in the work place, has equipped me with a strong working knowledge of how best to support difference. By learning to unmask and embrace our individuality, we can find ways of working that utilise our greatest strengths without jeopardising our sense of self, or harming our mental health.
